Founder

Benjamin Nnadi

Mr. Benjamin Nnadi is the founder of the Henrietta Nwabuisi Nnadi Mathematics Foundation, in loving memory of his mother and aimed at fostering a love for mathematics among young people while cultivating critical thinkers and problem solvers. He is also the Managing Director and CEO of Graceful Insights and Integrity Solutions, Ltd., a consulting firm focused on management and advisory services. Previously, Mr. Nnadi served as the Director of the Reserve Management Department at the Central Bank of Nigeria, a position he held until March 27, 2024 when he statutorily retired from the Bank. In this role, he utilized over 25 years of investment management experience to oversee the nation’s external reserves. He held key leadership positions within the Bank, facilitating the implementation of decisions made by the Committee of Governors, Board Investment Committee and the Board of Directors on external reserve management.

see more Mr. Nnadi is passionate about knowledge transfer and has mentored numerous professionals in Investment, Risk and Compliance Management, He has also contributed to various committees related to trade and exchange, asset and liability management, statistics, foreign exchange market research, and financial stability within the Central Bank. He holds an MSc in International Securities, Investment, and Banking from the University of Reading, UK, an MBA in Banking and Finance from Imo State University, Nigeria and several other qualifications. He is an alumnus of prestigious institutions, including Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard University, USA, Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, UK and the Executive Education program, University of California, Berkeley, California, USA Mr. Nnadi, is a, member of the Chartered Institute of Directors of Nigeria, Senior Associate Member of the Chartered Risk Management’ Institute, Nigeria, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Finance and Control, Nigeria, Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria, and Fellow of the Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals, Nigeria. Mr. Nnadi has also attended job related and professional training programs in several institutions including the World Bank Treasury, Washington D.C, New York Institute of Finance, New York, Amsterdam Institute of Finance, the Nederland, Swiss Finance Institute, Switzerland and the West African Institute of Financial and in Economic Management, Lagos.

Kanayochukwu Ani

Kanayochukwu Ani is the Chairman of the Henrietta Nwabuisi Nnadi Mathematics Foundation. A passionate social entrepreneur and graduate of History and International Relations, Kanayochukwu Ani, fondly known as Azuanuka, is deeply committed to empowering young people. Over the years, he has initiated and managed several youth and children-focused programs designed to help them discover, develop, and deploy their God-given talents and potentials.

Secretary

Dr. Ijeoma Offor

Dr. Ijeoma Offor, JP, serves as the Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the Henrietta Nwabuisi Nnadi Mathematics Foundation (HN²MF). A dynamic professional with a deep commitment to education, community development, and youth empowerment, she brings a wealth of experience from diverse fields including veterinary medicine, agriculture, project management, and digital media. Dr. Ijeoma is a veterinary doctor with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) and a Master of Science (MSc) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where she is also currently pursuing a PhD. She serves as the Resident Veterinary Doctor at Oshiwe AgroVet Services, Ngwo, and is a registered member of both the Nigerian Veterinary Medical Association (NVMA) and the Veterinary Council of Nigeria (VCN). see more Dr. Ijeoma is a certified project manager, a trained cybersecurity licentiate, and a passionate community development crusader. She plays a key leadership role as Lead Manager of the Ngwo Yellow Pages Educational Team, and serves as Co-Administrator of both the Ngwo Portal and Ngwo TV Social Media Movement — digital platforms that support grassroots engagement, education, and youth development. Dr. Ijeoma’s passion for public service is reflected in her membership in the WHO War Against Rabies Foundation, her role as a volunteer first responder with the Federal Road Safety Corps, and her service as a Woman Ambassador of the Uboji Town Union in Ngwo, her hometown of Enugu-Uwani Uboji. At HN2MF, Dr. Ijeoma plays a central role in administrative coordination, strategic planning, and educational outreach, ensuring that the foundation’s mission to make mathematics engaging, accessible, and impactful is effectively carried out. She is also a dedicated wife and mother to four teenagers, balancing her professional life with a strong commitment to family and community values.

Dr. Joy Nnadi

Dr. Joy Nnadi holds a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and is a member of the board of trustees at the Henrietta Nwabuisi Nnadi Mathematics Foundation. She works from an attachment-focused and trauma-informed perspective when working with clients. Her work cuts across the lifespan with experience working with children, adults and older adults. She is passionate about the interconnection of systems, culture and identity formation. Dr. Joy is a dedicated clinician who has provided psychological services to children in school settings through comprehensive assessments of their learning, cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioral profiles. With a commitment to clarity and tailored support, she works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams—including educators, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and parents—to ensure children receive the interventions they need to thrive. Drawing from a well of clinical expertise, Dr. Joy consults on strategies and interventions that promote healthy development across diverse profiles.

see more Grounded in a strengths-based approach, her work emphasizes the unique abilities of each child, including those with developmental disabilities and complex clinical presentations, to foster meaningful learning and growth. Dr. Joy is also involved in improving the mental health of individuals from BIPOC and immigrant communities through program development and research. She has co-developed and co-facilitated therapy groups for international students and BIPOC. Her research focuses on acculturation, bicultural stress and identity formation in immigrants, as well as resilience and strength-based approaches to working with them. Outside the therapy room, Dr. Joy is actively involved in supporting BIPOC and immigrants. She has run workshops on social inequality, spoken at Black community events and advocated for international student rights. She also serves as a spiritual leader in her community based on her belief in physical, mental, spiritual and social wholeness as fundamental to overall wellness. Dr. Joy leverages her expertise in child psychology to shape programs that genuinely inspire young people to love mathematics. She guides the board in understanding how children think and what motivates them at different ages, ensuring our activities connect with their natural curiosity and interests.

Dr. Kenechi Kanayo Ani

Dr. Kenechi Kanayo Ani is a member of the board of trustees at the Henrietta Nwabuisi Nnadi Mathematics Foundation. She is a passionate lecturer and dedicated education consultant with a PhD in Biophysical Chemistry. Dr. Kenechi’s journey in academia and research has been deeply rewarding, but what truly drives her is the opportunity to inspire and mentor the next generation. With a strong background in science and education, Dr. Kenechi specializes in making complex scientific concepts accessible and engaging. Her consulting work focuses on curriculum development, educational strategy, and STEM outreach programs designed to ignite curiosity and build confidence in young learners.

Dr. Ukamaka is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Henrietta Nwabuisi Nnadi Mathematics Foundation, where she plays a critical role in strategic decision-making, educational development, and long-term planning. A highly accomplished mathematician, statistician, and data scientist, Dr. Ukamaka brings over eight years of multidisciplinary experience in mathematical analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics. Her expertise spans across the biomedical, financial, and environmental sectors, where she has applied advanced quantitative techniques to solve complex problems and drive data-informed innovation. Dr. Ukamaka holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics, along with dual Master’s degrees in Data Science & Engineering and Mathematics, reflecting both the depth and breadth of her academic foundation.

Her work includes designing syllabi, recommending effective instructional materials and resources, and supporting the development of Olympiad-level mathematics questions, which helps to ensure accessibility and academic rigor in every student engagement. Mr. Aneke Chimezie Chukwudubem

Mr. Aneke Chimezie Chukwudubem is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Henrietta Nwabuisi Nnadi Mathematics Foundation. Mr. Chimezie is a visionary and dedicated youth leader, deeply committed to fostering the thriving of the next generation across all human capital indices. His passion for youth development is evident in his extensive involvement in educational initiatives and leadership roles within various youth-based organizations. Mr. Chimezie's foundational education began at Ekulu Primary School, followed by his secondary education at Federal Government College. He pursued higher education at Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), where he specialized in Biotechnology, a field that likely underpins his analytical approach to societal development.
see more A pioneer in educational outreach, Mr. Chimezie served as the first administrator of Ngwo JAMB Academy, an institution that has since evolved into the impactful Enugu West JAMB Academy. This experience highlights his innovative spirit and ability to establish and grow initiatives that empower young people. Beyond academics, Mr. Chimezie's commitment to youth empowerment extends through several impactful initiatives he founded:

Mr. Chimezie has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, having also led several other youth-based organizations. His commitment to nurturing young minds extends to his spiritual life, as he serves as a Youth Pastor, guiding and mentoring young individuals in their personal and spiritual growth. Mr. Chukwudi Ani is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Henrietta Nwabuisi Nnadi Mathematics Foundation (HN²MF). He is an accomplished IT Executive with over two decades of experience delivering mission-critical enterprise and industry solutions at the Central Bank of Nigeria, culminating in his role as an Assistant Director in charge of the Shared IT Infrastructure Programme in the Nigerian Financial Services Industry. Currently, Mr. Chukwudi serves as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Bunie Limited in Abuja, where he leads the organization’s strategic vision to provide innovative IT and financial solutions that enhance operational efficiency, drive technological innovation, optimize productivity, strengthen risk management frameworks, and ensure robust protection of digital assets.
see more With specialized competencies in IT network security operations, project management, and financial management, Mr. Chukwudi is also a seasoned mentor with over three decades of experience. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Ivory Gate Education Limited in Abuja, demonstrating a proven track record of guiding students and young professionals to success. Furthermore, he founded and served as the first President of the Ngwo Asaa Students Club (NASC), a student organization renowned for its Annual Students’ Assembly, academic competitions and awards, and the NASC Academy. Mr. Chukwudi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics as well as a Master of Business Administration specializing in Finance and Investment. He is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. Mr. Praise Nnadi

Mr. Praise Nnadi is a member of the board of trustees at the Henrietta Nwabuisi Nnadi Mathematics Foundation, where he contributes to shaping its strategic direction and educational initiatives. Appointed to the Board on May 3, 2024, he plays a key role in high-level decision-making processes concerning competition planning, budget allocation, academic outreach, and long-term programme development. Mr. Praise holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Robotics from the University of Plymouth (2021) and a Master’s of Science in Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Nottingham (2025). His master’s programme included a full research year dedicated to safety in assistive robotics, equipping him with deep expertise in experimental design, safety validation, statistical analysis, and machine learning. His technical grounding is further complemented by practical experience in software development and data engineering.
see more In addition to his academic pursuits, Mr. Praise has demonstrated a strong commitment to education through online teaching of mathematics and physics during his undergraduate studies, a passion that directly aligns with the Foundation’s mission. He brings both pedagogical insight and analytical rigor to his role as trustee. Although the Foundation is in its early stages, Mr. Praise envisions a data-driven future for it. His strategic focus involves leveraging performance data from mathematics competitions to identify patterns in student learning gaps, and developing actionable whitepapers to help schools enhance mathematics education at the systemic level. Mr. Praise brings to the Foundation a unique blend of technical depth, teaching experience, and a forward-looking mindset, grounded in a personal dedication to advancing accessible and innovative mathematics education in Nigeria and beyond.

Mrs. Isabella Nnadi is a member of the board of trustees at the Henrietta Nwabuisi Nnadi Mathematics Foundation. A graduate of Business Education from the Federal Polytechnic Mubi, Adamawa State, Nigeria, Mrs. Isabella also holds an Advanced Diploma from Rhema Bible Training Centre, Abuja. Her professional journey is defined by a passion for raising well-rounded children—sound in learning and grounded in the fear of God. This commitment has been consistently recognized, including receiving the Super Mom Award from the African Community School Abuja and the Most Committed Worker Award at When Women Pray International (Wuse/Maitama Chapter, Abuja).
